This shade is similar to the Relaxed Roman. It does not have ribbing to encourage fabric folding. It will have to be hand dressed with each opening. The rings are hand sewn to make folds in the fabric. There is extra material in the width of the fabric to give it more volume when raised. I recommend this as a valance that will be left in place.
